In Ayurveda, the first forty-two days after birth are known as, The Sacred Window, a threshold in time where the mother is most tender, raw and in need of deep nurturing.
How you are held in this window weaves the story of your health and vitality for years to come. With devotion and care, it can be a season of deep nourishment, softening, and rebirth. Without it, it can feel like a storm of depletion, exhaustion, and overwhelm.
This is why postpartum care matters. To be mothered as you mother. To be fed, massaged, and witnessed in your becoming. To move slowly, to rest, and to let your body and spirit be gathered back together.
Postpartum doula support is a gentle weaving of comfort, ritual, and presence, attuned to you and your family’s needs. Always slow, always home-centred, always honouring the wild sacredness of your postpartum journey.

This package includes:
One Prenatal Visit (2 hours)
We will go over your postpartum plans and wishes. Organise your meal desires, go over any dietary requirements and set out a plan that will deeply nourish and nurture you.
Five Postpartum Visits (2-3 hours)
I will visit twice the week your baby is born, making sure you have meals for the first three days after birth. Then once a week for the next 3 weeks.
The visits will consist of:
Ayurvedic meals and Herbal support, Belly Binding, Rebozo Postpartum Bodywork, Abhyanga Massage, Breastfeeding /Newborn advice, Postpartum hair oiling, Emotional support and Birth debriefing, House tasks (if needed/desired).

Sacred Birth Work
This is a sacred rebirth journey, it is a full immersion for the mother-to-be who longs to walk pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in her fullest power.
Together we move through the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of this rite of passage. I will be beside you, educating, nourishing, and holding you as you unravel and remember.
This journey is for the woman ready to call her power home. Ready to stop outsourcing her truth and to trust the wild intelligence of her body and intuition.
We will explore what sovereignty means to you, in your birth, in your mothering, in the way you carry yourself as a woman. We will practice deep advocacy, peel back conditioning, and return to the primal knowing of your bones. Sovereignty isn’t just for the “woo-woo” home birthers, its for the mother wanting to trust her body and her baby whether that be at the hospital or at home.
This package is for the mother who feels the call to decondition from what the world has told her is “right” and root instead into what her body already knows to be true.

Ten Prenatal Visits
During these visits you will be pampered, nurtured, held and informed. We will deeply discuss the inner workings of your thought processes around birth/postpartum and unpack the conditioning we have been taught throughout our entire lives.
You will be treated like the goddess you are.
Birth Support
I will be at your beck and call from 38 weeks. Full birth support and i will stay for an hour or two post-birth to make sure you are held during this time. During birth i am there for you in whatever capacity you need me to be. I will make sure you are eating and hydrated. I will have a range of physical techniques to assist in labour including, Rebozo, Counter Pressure, Birth-Sling, Touch Therapy and Position Assistance.
Four Postpartum Visits
You will receive 3 days worth of specialised Ayurvedic meals/snacks after birth so the first meal you have is deeply nourishing and aiding in your recovery.
Each visit will include:
Specialised Ayurvedic meals / snacks, a Postpartum Care Kit, Belly-Binding (+ a lesson for your partner so you can continue to belly-bind when i am not there), Abhyanga Massage, Birth Healing Bath (or Yoni Steaming), Bodywork, Breastfeeding and Newborn advice, House cleaning (if needed), Postpartum hair oiling, Emotional support and Birth Debriefing.

This is for the pregnant mama that already has a birth plan and support for her birthing journey but wants her pregnancy to be soulful, nurturing and nourishing.
10 nourishing visits so you can soften into your motherhood journey with ease.
