Hello Mama, i am Shay.

I am passionate, wild, and fiercely devoted to my craft, my children, and my incredible husband. I am raw, real and unapologetically me. Yet I am also soft, nurturing, and deeply gentle. I will advocate for you, hold you, and nourish you. I am the living embodiment of the work I love.

I have trained in Feminine Embodiment, Touch Therapy, Traditional Birth Work and I’m an Ayurvedic Postpartum Practitioner. I am currently completing my Advanced Practitioner Training in Clinical Naturopathy. I am devoted to deepening my wisdom of women, our cycles, our womb and the magic of Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum.

I have always been drawn to working with with women. From the moment i could work, I did - at my mothers wellness centre and a nearby yoga studio, where i gained the foundations of what would become my life’s work.

Motherhood completely cracked me open, i deeply desired a beautiful home birth but (unfortunately) like most women, my first birth ended in a emergency cesarean. Motherhood asked me to remember who the F*** i am, stand the F*** up for myself, my body and my baby. It asked me to surrender and soften into my role as a woman. I am so incredibly passionate about educating and de-conditioning women on birth, postpartum and motherhood in general, i believe we all want to achieve that wild, primal, roaring like a lion, birth and the sacred, tender and nourished postpartum. I also believe advocacy and sovereignty in birth and postpartum starts within, its the deep inner work we need to do in order to birth, mother and live on our own terms.

My mission is to educate, empower and help women deepen into their feminine so they can have better birth and postpartum experiences, stronger boundaries, deeper relationships and are able to show up as the wildly authentic mother and woman they were destined to be.
